Bailey & Cogger Solicitors was founded in Tonbridge, Kent by Archibald Bailey and Henry Cogger in 1924. The office premises, on Tonbridge High Street, within which we still reside almost 100 years later were originally that of a bank, the London & County Banking Company who were in due course taken over by National Westminster Bank.
Following a successful merge with Hatten Wyatt Solicitors and Advocates in Gravesend, Bailey & Cogger now has access to several offices around Kent, with bases available in Gravesend, Maidstone, Tenterden and Chatham.
Our Kent solicitors are highly trained and can offer advice on all aspects of both business and personal law, as well as more niche areas such as LGBTQ+, Debt Management and Notary Services.
We guarantee you will have one professional only dealing with your case, enabling you to build clear lines of communication and quickly develop a trusting relationship. Should anything unexpected arise within your matter, your solicitor will be able if needed to call with unrestricted access upon the combined knowledge of the firm.
We operate on a mandatory regular training scheme to ensure that our team are fully aware of any updates in their field of expertise, so you can rest assured the information and advice you receive will be nothing but the best. You will be kept continually informed about the progress of your case with all legal procedures fully explained at each step.
