Motoring Offence Solicitors

Laws around motoring are constantly changing and as such it is easier and easier these days to fall foul of the legal restrictions enforced. Whether it be speeding, driving whilst disqualified, or something as seemingly minor as using your mobile phone whilst in charge of a vehicle, it is imperative that you seek legal representation as soon as possible. At Bailey & Cogger we can also work with you to have your driving licence returned following a suspension or ban where appropriate.

Should your case end up in court proceedings, our experts can be by your side to fight your corner for you every step of the way. With many years of experience behind them, they can help with allegations concerning but not limited to:

  • speeding;
  • drink driving;
  • driving while under the influence of drugs;
  • driving while using a mobile phone;
  • driving without insurance;
  • driving while disqualified;
  • careless driving;
  • dangerous driving, including where this has caused serious injury or death;
  • offences associated with road rage;
  • failure to stop after an accident;
  • failure to provide a breath, urine or blood specimen; and
  • failure to notify the DVLA of a change in circumstances.
